The product is about keeping in touch, so the interface is mail. The thread is a stack of correspondence: everything the agent writes carries the airmail chevron edge, everything Nina writes is plain paper, and every moment is cancelled with a round postmark instead of a timestamp. The reconnection arrives as a real postcard with the 2013 photograph on its face; it slides under the door, turns face-up, then flips to show the message on its back. Warm white, airmail red and blue, a fountain-pen hand used once per screen.
